No guaranteed outcomes
Marketing results depend on the business, market, platforms, competitors, timing, budget, and other factors. Wavebound does not guarantee search rankings, website traffic, leads, inquiries, bookings, sales, or revenue.
When a client relationship begins
Visiting this site, submitting the contact form, or exchanging messages with Wavebound does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only when Wavebound and the client enter into a written agreement defining the work, responsibilities, timing, and fees.
Waterfront webcam projects
The waterfront webcam page describes a limited offer, not automatic acceptance or a final project scope. Every webcam project requires a site review and a separate written scope before work begins.
The site review confirms whether there is a useful public-facing view, written owner or property permission, safe mounting access, reliable power and internet, privacy-safe framing, and the ability and permission to add the embed to the business website. Work also depends on any property, HOA, municipal, platform, or other permissions identified during the review.
Subject to the site review and written scope, the standard $0 setup for the selected business includes:
- Location review and placement planning
- One standard outdoor-rated fixed-view camera
- Standard surface mounting and installation reachable safely with ordinary ladder access
- Standard installation coordination
- Camera configuration
- A responsive website embed
- Dedicated launch-page setup
- Basic measurement
- 90 days of basic stream hosting
- Remote support during those 90 days
- One standard troubleshooting visit if needed
The business owns the installed camera after launch. There is no setup fee and no automatic charge.
Anything outside that standard scope is client-paid only if needed, and only after a written quote and your approval. This includes:
- Electrical or network upgrades
- Lift, scaffold, or roof access
- Permit, HOA, or property fees
- Specialty mounts or cable routes
- Damage or theft replacement
- Premium streaming features
- Hosting and support after day 90
Nothing paid begins without your written approval. There is no automatic enrollment or charge.
Written agreements control
If a written project agreement differs from the general information on this site, the written agreement controls for that project.
