Privacy

Privacy, in plain language.

This page explains what the site handles when you visit or send an inquiry, and what Wavebound does with that information.

Last updated September 13, 2026.

The practical details

Wavebound asks for only what is useful for a first conversation and explains the services that carry it.

Information you choose to send

When you submit the contact form, Wavebound receives your name, work email, business name, website if you provide one, primary interest, and message. The submission also carries your consent acknowledgment, a hidden anti-abuse field that should remain empty, and a short-lived Turnstile verification token.

If you email hello@waveboundmarketing.com, Wavebound receives your email address and whatever you include in the message.

Basic technical information

Like most hosted websites, this site’s infrastructure processes technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site. That can include an IP address, browser or device details, the requested page, the time of the request, and security signals.

How Wavebound uses the information

Wavebound uses this information only to read and respond to your inquiry, understand what you are asking about, assess whether there may be a fit, arrange next steps, and operate and protect the inquiry process. A contact-form submission does not add you to an unrelated mailing list.

Wavebound does not sell the information you submit.

Cloudflare and Gmail

The site runs through Cloudflare. A Cloudflare Worker receives and validates contact-form submissions, and Cloudflare Turnstile helps detect automated abuse. For verification, the Worker sends Cloudflare the short-lived token and, when available, the request’s IP address.

The Worker uses Cloudflare’s email service to deliver form notifications to a private Gmail destination inbox used by Wavebound. Messages sent directly to hello@waveboundmarketing.com are forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to that same inbox. Google processes and stores the delivered messages in Gmail.

Wavebound does not keep contact submissions in a separate website database. Cloudflare and Google also handle information under their own privacy policies: Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.

Website analytics

Wavebound uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic and page performance. Cloudflare describes this service as not using cookies or localStorage, and not fingerprinting individuals for analytics. Wavebound does not use advertising trackers on this site.

How long inquiry information is kept

Inquiry emails are kept only as long as operationally needed to respond, manage follow-up, keep necessary business records, and troubleshoot or protect the inquiry process. They are removed when they are no longer needed for those purposes.

Deletion requests

Wavebound accepts deletion requests at hello@waveboundmarketing.com. Use the subject Deletion request and include the email address used for the inquiry plus enough detail to locate the message. Wavebound may reply to confirm the request before acting.
